Passive Investment : Simple Guidelines on When and How to Begin

From the moment we have started earning money, we realize that getting money is not as easy as spending it. We need to dedicate time and effort in working so that we can earn a living and have good savings. However, our needs and expenses seem to be a constant variable while our income changes over time. Our physical strength declines as we age. Our priorities change from the moment we enter adulthood, finding the balance between personal life and career.

At Real Estate IQ, we want to empower your journey to freedom and success. We do not want to see each other grow old in routines and cycles of working hard, buying your needs, and getting your head down to work again. We believe that as a team, we can support each other towards freedom, where we can enjoy living life while having stable financial growth.

What is Passive Investment?

Passive Investment is a strategy of investing in assets or a business enterprise with the expectation of maximizing the potential returns while having only minimal involvement or direct participation.

In the real estate market, there is a notable growth for passive investment as people look for other ways to have sources of passive revenues. The US real estate investment trust (REIT) sector has seen an increase in passive investment. In 2019, passive funds held greater contributions of REIT assets of 51% rather than active funds with 49%.

If you are thinking of pursuing passive investment, here are 2 simple guides that you need to know:
